Delivery schedules

Rackservers.com will endeavour to deliver equipment in the time stated, however delivery times may be affected by forces outside our control (Force Majeure) including global supply problems which may arise from time to time. Rackservers.com shall not be made liable for any losses or costs as a result of these factors. All lead times stated are for UK mainland, delivery times will vary slightly with worldwide destinations.

On-site warranty

All on-site warranties are for UK mainland only. These warranties only apply to one site address per system, any change of address for that equipment must be notified in writing. Any equipment purchased for export outside the United Kingdom will carry our standard return to base warranty.

Warranty on-site response times

.

Rackservers.com will always endeavour to respond in the time stated, however response times can (on the rarest occasion) be delayed by forces outside our control (Force Majeure); in these instances Rackservers.com cannot be made responsible for any losses or costs incurred by these delays.

Equipment supply (goods in transit)

Damaged equipment

In the unlikely event of any equipment being received damaged this must be reported immediately (same day) to Rackservers.com. It is recommended that the equipment supply is checked immediately upon receipt. Any delays in reporting damaged equipment will invalidate any potential insurance claim with our couriers and this will in turn invalidate your claim with us. Also, all original packing and boxes must be retained whilst a claim is being made (this is required for inspection purposes by our couriers). Failure to do so will invalidate any claims being made.

Shortfall in supply

In the unlikely event of any equipment being supplied incomplete, these shortfalls must be reported immediately to Rackservers.com. Please always check the numbers of boxes that you receive and what you actually sign for. For example if you receive 3 boxes (from a consignment of 4) but sign for 4, your claim may be made virtually impossible to process with our couriers. Likewise any items missing generally but with a correct box count, i.e. missing items within boxes; they must be reported immediately; failure to do so within 24 hours will result in any claims being made invalid. Any claims for missing items will always be thoroughly checked against our stock control system.

Equipment specification & Pricing

Rackservers.com reserves the right to change equipment specifications without notice, Rackservers.com also reserves the right to supply alternative components to that originally ordered, provided manufacture of the original product has ceased and the alternative is of comparable performance and quality. Rackservers.com reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Payment

.

Payment should be received within 30 days of the invoice date (for credit account holders). Goods remain the property of Rackservers.com until full payment has been received.
